I think my visualization score is a 0!! I;ve never thought about until i read your story. I can think about what an apple looks like, because I know what an apple looks like, but i can't "see" an apple when i close my eyes. Is that what you are asking, if we can "see" an apple? Can you "see" an apple??? yikes, now I'm kinda freaked out, lol.

You should check out the link at the bottom in my sources…it’s about folk who realize this too.. reading the comments ,however, a few folk said when they had a brief episode where they COULD visualize, they hated it! They found all the imagery too noisy and distracting!
I will check out the link for sure. I'm sure it's different depending on what state you are in as well. Meditative or dream state is probably a better way for some people to visualize. Better than me just sitting at my desk with my eyes closed, lol. Thanks for making us think about things, I hope lots of people are reading your content!
